A site rarely works with only one provider for its regulatory inspections. The inspection body checking electrical installations is not the same company that maintains the fire extinguishers or inspects the forklift trucks. Each provider sends reports in its own format, and connecting every provider creates cost without guaranteeing complete reliability.

    Every observation extracted from a report directly updates the deadlines tracked in the safety register, without duplicate data entry by the customer.
  2. Connection to your CMMS
    Identified non-conformities can be sent to the customer’s CMMS for resolution. The related history, including who completed the work and when, is then sent back to the passport and safety register.
  3. Integration services
    Our integration teams in France and North Macedonia configure the technical asset database and the required inspection-body connectors so that report imports are reliable from day one.
