From project scoping to production: a clear path for developing your custom application

Every custom software project follows a proven process adapted to its context. The objective is always the same: design a custom application that meets the business need, follows technical requirements, connects to the information system, and remains scalable after production launch.

Scoping

A short workshop with your business teams and IT department. We define the need, target architecture, technical and security requirements, integration with the information system, and mobility needs.

Design

A Proxy Product Owner and a Tech Lead organize the backlog, prioritize the User Stories, select the right technologies and define the main integration points with the information system. This design stage secures the foundation of the project before the first sprint.

Development in sprints

Development is organized in short cycles, with regular demonstrations, code reviews, automated tests, and continuous integration. The Agile method helps control development time while giving you a clear and permanent view of progress.

Delivery and continuity

Production launch, deployment support, updates, corrections, and the option to continue with a Third-Party Application Maintenance contract to keep the final product operational.

The objective is to combine the project management quality expected from a French company with the competitive costs and scalability of a nearshore Digital Factory.

Project management is provided in France by a multidisciplinary team: an Engagement Manager for the contract and customer relationship, a Proxy Product Owner to turn business needs into backlog items, a Tech Lead for architecture choices, and a Delivery Manager for sprint management.

Development is carried out by our Digital Factory in Skopje, which boasts around 40 experts. Depending on the required profiles, we provide skills in .NET, PHP, Java, Angular and other technologies.
