More than simply triggering tasks, the Preventive Maintenance module organizes operations, forecasts workload, and adapts the maintenance plan to the actual condition of each asset, from commissioning to end of life.

The maintenance plan is based on scheduled deadlines. Each time it is triggered, the module automatically generates a work order containing the exact task to complete, the required parts, and the skills needed.

The module can alternate different tasks for the same equipment: a basic inspection every three months and a complete service once a year. Each deadline triggers the right maintenance routine at the right time.

The module analyzes changes in equipment use to forecast the next possible failure or service date and helps teams plan their future workload.

If equipment is unexpectedly put out of action, the technician can bring forward a preventive maintenance task that was planned for a later date. The equipment is stopped once instead of twice.
