Skills transfer at the center of our support

Train your teams to work autonomously

The success of your project depends on adoption by your teams. This is why our trainers give you everything you need to configure, develop and manage your solution every day, with full autonomy.

01

Skills transfer at the center of our support

Training your teams means protecting your investment over time. Our role is to transfer our software knowledge so that management of your solution once again starts from inside your company.

02

Comprehensive support

The Synidia Consulting, Support and Training team supports you in three areas: tool configuration, definition of your asset management strategy, and training of your employees.

03

Long-term autonomy

Your employees become the real experts and daily managers of your platform, without needing our experts on a regular basis. This skills transfer approach guides every training session.

The Synidia answer

A tailored training approach

Every project has its own scope, and every team has its own level and business roles. Instead of using a standard program, our trainers adapt the content and duration of each session to your actual context.

The goal is to make the application easier for your users to learn and adopt, using concrete cases from your own project.

  • Content adapted to the exact scope of your project
  • Duration adjusted to the level and profile of your teams
  • Practical exercises based on real business cases

Training pathways

Two solutions, two training approaches

Training needs vary greatly depending on the solution. Managing a CMMS or an EAM solution is not the same as supervising a regulatory compliance environment. Our programs adapt to this reality.

Administrators

CMMS & EAM

Mainta EAM

Train “Mainta administrators”
Target audience: maintenance technicians, maintenance planners, and future internal key users.

EAM and its CMMS module are rich business tools. They can’t be mastered in one hour. Learning how to use them requires several days of training.

The goal is to create real internal key users in your organization, able to configure and develop the application themselves, without depending on Synidia on a daily basis.

In-depth learning over several days

Skills transfer to internal administrators

Ability to configure and develop the solution internally

Inspection

Inspection & Compliance

Noma & Noma+

Training focused on supervision
Target audience: HSE managers and regulatory compliance managers.

Expectations for the Regulatory Compliance module are different from those for maintenance. It is no longer the technician who is targeted, but the HSE manager.

This user does not need to configure complex work orders or maintenance workflows. Their job is to supervise, control and manage legal requirements.

Shorter training, with fast adoption

Focused on supervision and compliance management

Advanced modules

Dedicated training for advanced modules

Beyond basic use, Synidia offers specific training on advanced customization modules, for administrators who want to exploit the full potential of the solution.

Calendar module (Planning)

Master the basics of the Mainta calendar (version X3i): selection of resources, such as equipment and employee IDs, selection of tasks, distribution of work to teams and management of user roles in the calendar.

Workflow process

Learn how to model business processes with the workflow editor (Work Order or Purchase Requisition lifecycle), manage functional rules from a process, and define access rights or data-entry screens at every step.

Screen customization

Adapt data-entry screens at different levels: default, business profile, such as “Storekeeper” or “Accounting,” or user level, using the solution’s shared tools.

Print reports

Learn how to adapt and configure print reports directly in the software, to produce documents that match your practices.
